This website does not perform commercial transactions. It also does not collect information from visitors. For this reason, it was originally set up without a secure sockets layer (SSL) and the protocol of the website address was “http” as previously shown in the address bar. On November 1st, 2022, the original domain hosting company ceased operations and this website was transferred to a new domain hosting company to avoid service interruption. Shortly after the transfer, it was discovered that some web browsers had problems recognizing the old “http” protocol and for several days they were giving warning messages about visiting this website. Such messages could potentially be misleading. After an investigation by the new domain hosting company, the problem was resolved on November 11th, 2022 by installing an SSL certificate. This website is now classified as “secure” and its protocol is displayed in the address bar as “https”. The practice of not performing commercial transactions and not collecting information from visitors continues.
